The Pinewood Christian Academy Radio Club has already set a record for participants! Seven students were on the air making phone and PSK31 QSOs from New England to California, Puerto Rico to Scotland. That was just day one!
Jamboree on the Air 2015 is in the books. One HF station and two VHF stations were put into action as more than a dozen young scouts took to the airwaves for 18 contacts. Five of those contacts were with other JOTA stations in Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and New York. 14 QSO with Scouts in those units made for a great day on the air.
Thanks to everyone that lent a hand in bringing up the next generation of amateur radio operators.
